Fossil Jewelry

Fossil Jewelry is created from the petrified remains of creatures that lived millions of year ago. Most often the organism's skeletal remains were replaced with Quartz (rarely Opal or Pyrite). Popular are the spiraled mollusks from the Cretaceous, called Ammonites. Also popular are Fossilized Corals, Sand Dollars and Trilobites.
